3201 Springfield Dr issued NOV for curbside garbage carts, debris, oxygen tank
SWMS Waste Management Enforcement issued a notice of violation at 3201 Springfield Dr after inspectors found garbage carts left curbside past collection day, an oxygen tank, and loose debris in front of the apartment building. Because it’s a multi-unit property, the NOV couldn’t be posted on the door and will be mailed to the PVA-registered owner, Joseph K. Hobbs.
