3408 W MAIN ST opened code violation for illegal dumping

Owner Janine Brewer is the subject of a SWMS waste-management enforcement case after inspectors found multiple overflowing carts, tree and plant debris, contractor bags full of clay pots, household trash, and shipping boxes at 3408 W Main St. Many shipping labels had been scratched off but a few still showed the address, and a large amount of human waste in the northwest corner was sent to another department for safe removal — the city opened the case for illegal dumping and issued a Notice of Violation.
