2500 Rowan St Code violation issued for debris and trash dumped at rear left
Housing Partnership Inc has an SWMS Waste Management enforcement case after a large pile of tree debris and household trash was dumped on the left rear of the property at 2500 Rowan St. The city lists it as a code violation—basically a backyard cleanup the department is tracking to prevent an illegal dump site—and there are no inspections or fees posted yet.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
