1521 Sale Ave NOV issued for code violation: debris and furniture left outside
Rednour Real Estate Services LLC was issued a notice of violation after inspectors found bags, construction debris, a sofa, mattress, box spring and loose trash behind 1521 Sale Ave. The record notes no LIA was listed, so the city has formally cited the property to get the debris removed and bring the lot back into compliance.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
