J Marie Properties LLC has an illegal-dumping case opened after a large pile of tree debris, furniture, bags of household waste and other scattered debris at 2928 Virginia Ave was found extending from the rear alley onto 2926 Virginia Ave. Inspectors spoke with the tenant, shared information about a pop-up drop-off (household waste isn’t allowed), noted the owner can haul the rest, and asked for significant progress within two business days.
