607 COMPTON ST issued NOV for curbside cart left in front of home
Top Line Properties LLC has a code violation on file after a garbage cart was observed left at the curb in front of 607 Compton St on its Wednesday pickup day. Inspectors provided Cart Smart education on 2/26/2026 but marked violations found and are issuing a Notice of Violation, so the city is asking that the cart be removed when not out for collection.
