Owner Hayes Jerry has a code violation for debris and household items piled in front of 6701 Shibley Ave. Inspectors noted a mattress, couch chairs, plastic tubs and bagged debris, cat towers, a desk, boxes and other loose items — mail with the address and owner’s name was also found among the clutter.
