824 Dresden Ave NOV issued for waste and debris violations

Hevan Pruvall Holdings LLC has been issued a notice of violation for the property at 824 Dresden Ave after inspectors found tires, a headboard, clothes, boxes, loose debris and garbage carts left out past collection day behind that lot and the neighboring 826 and 828 Dresden Ave. All three adjoining properties are registered to the same PVA owner, multiple pieces of mail were found assigned to 824 Dresden Ave, and the accumulation was deemed too large for a limited intervention, so the city issued an NOV.
