1102 OLEANDA AVE NOV issued for debris, furniture, appliances left outside

Owner Jonathan Graves was issued a Notice of Violation after inspectors found a mattress, box spring, charcoal grill, smoker, bed frame, dresser, shelves, drawers and loose debris sitting behind 1102 Oleanda Ave. The report says there were too many items for the available LIA pickup and no LIA was arranged, so the city moved forward with enforcement.
