Owner Wendy Y. Haines is the subject of a waste-management enforcement case after junk and debris dumped in the alley behind 2912 Wyandotte Ave turned up multiple pieces of mail addressed to her at 2609 Algonquin Pkwy. This is the second illegal-dumping case for the property; inspectors marked violations found, issued a Notice of Violation on 11/04/2025, and have follow-up checks scheduled in early November.
