A dead tree and a rundown house are reported at 1533 Longfield Ave
The vacant structure at 1533 Longfield Ave has the city’s attention again, and this time it’s over the outside of the place and a dead or dangerous tree.
The city says the exterior surfaces, walls, support members, and foundation need work, and that tree is being flagged as a public nuisance if it’s in danger of coming down.
It’s still in the notice stage for now.
