Somebody finally called the city about 1512 W Market St, and it’s a vacant lot with a cleaning problem.
The notice says the place needs to be kept free of weeds taller than ten inches, trash or garbage, and any graffiti or other damage to the exterior.
The city opened the matter on Oct. 5.
