1206 EUCLID AVE code violation opened for roofing and rental registration
City inspectors opened a violation notice on August 31 for roof and gutter problems at 1206 Euclid Ave, saying the roof, flashing and downspouts must be sound and not discharge water in a way that creates a public nuisance.
The property is also not registered as a rental, and the city will send a ten day notice and can fine up to $100 per rental unit, with daily penalties possible after that.
