5508 Del Maria Way, Unit 12 is facing a long list of maintenance problems: missing required lighting in halls and bathrooms, interior and exterior doors that don’t fit or lock properly, cracked and peeling interior surfaces (including possible lead-paint concerns), a nonworking kitchen sink, bathroom access issues, an interior pest infestation, nonfunctional smoke detectors, and furnace/venting safety problems.
The city opened a property maintenance violation notice and lists the unit as occupied, so the owner is required to make the repairs.
