4114 MARTHA AVE issued code violation for obstructed view at intersection
Owner Scott G. Crane has an open property maintenance case after overgrown trees and plants at 4114 Martha Ave were reported for blocking drivers’ sightlines when turning left from Melanie Way onto Martha Ave. Neighbors say motorists have to edge into the intersection to see oncoming traffic, so the city has a code-violation case open to get the vegetation trimmed back.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
