982 Brent St opened a Property Maintenance Case for ivy overgrowth
Owner Erik Smothers has an open property maintenance case for the vacant lot at 982 Brent St after a nearby neighbor reported the parcel has been on and off the market and become seriously overgrown. The neighbor at 993 Vine St says ivy and weeds are crossing the fenceline, wrapping around and suffocating the tops of their trees despite attempts to trim it back, and is asking that the owner arrange landscaping to prevent further damage.
