1901 EMERSON AVE opened enforcement case for tree hazard evaluation

A Property Maintenance Case has been opened for 1901 Emerson Ave after reports that a large tree at the vacant rehab home owned by the Estate of Anthony Clemons keeps dropping sizable limbs toward a neighbor’s yard. The complainant says they moved several big branches from the street today and submitted a photo, so the city will evaluate the tree to decide if trimming or removal is needed.
