5321 Layne Rd code violation opened for rat infestation and yard clutter
A property maintenance case is open for 5321 Layne Rd after a caller reported a major rat infestation under an old shed; the owner is listed as Stacy Cendra Francesca. The complaint says brush piles are scattered around the yard, grass clippings are dumped behind the shed next to the privacy fence, and four dogs’ feces isn’t being cleared — conditions the caller says are attracting rodents and creating a sanitation concern.
