10600 Dixie Hwy opened a property maintenance case for missing vault cap.

A concerned citizen reported a missing cap over a retention vault — roughly six feet deep — in the grassy area on the south side of the Burger King parking lot at 10600 Dixie Highway. The site is owned by 10600 Dixie Highway Owner LLC and an open Property Maintenance Case is underway to get the grate replaced and eliminate the fall hazard before someone takes an accidental tumble.
