Ledgewood Multifamily Partners LLC has an open property maintenance case after a citizen reported extreme overgrowth behind the row of apartments starting at 6204 Ledgewood Pkwy. The complaint says grass, weeds, bushes and dead trees have taken over, gutters are off the building and piled in the rear, mosquitoes are bad, and children are often playing in the brush — a neighbor at 6807 Triangle Drive even offered their yard for inspector access if needed.
