208 Bontressa Dr Apt 8 opened Code Violation ENF-PMNT-26-019178

A tenant at The Views at Crescent Hill has filed a code-violation complaint requesting an urgent inspection after a raccoon fell through a large ceiling hole into their unit at 208 Bontressa Dr, Apt 8. They say the animal was loose in the apartment overnight (caught on camera), ceiling and attic debris covered their young daughter’s bed and play area, both were sent to the ER and advised to begin rabies post‑exposure treatment, and they want owner SC Echo Associates LLC to identify the entry point and fully clean and repair the damage rather than just patch it.
