724 BROOKLINE AVE: Code Violation for no hot water for 2 months
Williams & Watson Holdings LLC has an open property maintenance case at 724 Brookline Ave after tenants reported no hot water for about two months. The complaint notes the landlord and maintenance are aware and that, as of a month ago, they were told they were waiting on Lowe's to install the replacement—so it sounds like a parts-and-scheduling delay rather than a sudden mystery. The record is open, so inspectors may follow up to get hot water back on.
