Scott Management has an open property-maintenance case at 1718 Odaniel Ave 12 after a neighbor reported the condo step from the parking lot is too tall and lacks proper support between the top rail and the stairs. The resident also asked for a carbon monoxide check and says if inspectors need access, knocking on Door 23 usually finds someone home.
