A property maintenance complaint is open alleging a surge of junk cars, trucks and trash being stored behind homes and garages. Neighbors say semi trucks have turned the street into a makeshift parking lot and what look like car-repair shops have popped up between 2nd and 23rd Street. Residents in Metro Council District 3 say it’s hurting property values and want code enforcement to step in and sort it out.
