6603 Musket Dr opened for code violation yard digging damaged utilities

Owner Gregory Joseph Mudd has an open property-maintenance case after neighbors reported extensive digging through the yard and sidewalk at 6603 Musket Dr. Complaint notes a sidewalk slab teetering on a pile of dirt, huge dirt piles in the yard, damaged underground utility lines and a crushed AT&T fiber conduit that the company says can’t be repaired until the sidewalk and soil are fixed.
