1831 DIXDALE AVE opened code violation for rats and trash in yard
Owner Andrew Benjamin Curry has an open property maintenance case after a neighbor reported seeing at least two large rats and a lot of trash in the yard at 1831 Dixdale Ave. The complaint also notes a few dogs on the property and raises concerns that the situation could be a local health hazard.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
