4932 Southern Pkwy Code violation for dead front-yard tree; seeking removal info

Owner Karyn Keck says the front-yard tree at 4932 Southern Parkway is dead and needs to be removed and replaced; she was told by a neighbor the Parks Department might be responsible. The city has opened a Property Maintenance Case to follow up so officials can determine whether it’s a parks issue or the homeowner’s responsibility.
