Louisville & Jefferson County Landbank owns 2230 Date St, which has an open property maintenance case after a caller reported rats, raccoons and possums and possible squatting (the squatter hasn’t been seen recently). The complaint also notes peeling paint and bricks falling from the chimney into the yard and a neighboring property, so city inspections are underway to address the pest and falling-brick hazards.
