507 WAINWRIGHT AVE opened code violation for rodent infestation
Owner John Paul & Janet A Salerno are listed on an open property-maintenance code violation at 507 Wainwright Ave after a neighbor reported the neighborhood being overrun by rats. The caller says the rodents seem to be coming from the apparently vacant Clubhouse apartment buildings at the corner of Eastern and Crittenden (2330 Crittenden Drive), neighbors have spent money baiting their homes, and the city has opened the case to investigate.
