2016 Emerson Ave code violation opened for hazardous tree limb over power lines

Owner Jill Tucker has an open property-maintenance code case after a very large tree branch was reported dangling over power lines and the street at 2016 Emerson Ave. The branch is resting on a lower limb and could fall in wind or from its own weight, with a real chance of hitting a house or blocking traffic coming from Atherton High School. City staff have the case open for inspection and follow-up.
