801 E Washington St 301 opened a property maintenance case over AC issues

Resident Bryan B has filed a formal complaint saying Edison Park Apartments, managed by Denton Floyd Real Estate Group and owned by Downtown Properties LLC, hasn't had working central air in Unit 301 at 801 E Washington St since March 2026. He says temporary fixes and a poorly completed replacement unit haven't solved the problem, and management's promised parts (expected around Aug. 17) haven't produced a meaningful update. Bryan also notes the property raised rent while the AC remained unrepaired and is asking the city to inspect the unit and require corrective action; the property maintenance case is open.
