7300 Browns Ln code violation opened for unmaintained ditch and debris

A property maintenance complaint reports the ditch running behind the homes at 7300 Browns Ln is clogged with garbage, mattresses, trees and other debris obstructing drainage. The open code-enforcement case lists owner Newman James Arthur and notes the caller says the ditch is an MSD responsibility and is asking 311 to notify code enforcement for cleanup.
