7220 Harborton Way code violation opened for rodent infestation

A tenant at 7220 Harborton Way says their single-family rental, owned by L&B Homes LLC, has an active mouse infestation — they’ve caught multiple mice, found extensive droppings in kitchen cabinets and drawers, and even spotted a tiny juvenile in the living room. The tenant also identified openings into wall cavities near the kitchen/bathroom and a living-room wall penetration. Reported to property management on August 9, 2026 with multiple follow-ups but no inspection timeline, the issue prompted an open property maintenance case asking for an inspection for rodent activity and structural entry points because of concerns about contamination of food-storage areas and personal belongings.
