A citizen report says the vacant property at 1033 Kaiser Ct (owned by Louisville & Jefferson County Landbank) has a dead tree in the driveway, heavy overgrowth front and rear, and a dumped couch that’s reportedly attracting rodents and wildlife. The city opened a property maintenance case for code violations and has given 20 business days to remove the trash and tree, with the record currently listed as open.
