9307 Aristides Dr opened for property maintenance code violation

Owner Justin Thomas Miller has an open property-maintenance case at 9307 Aristides Dr after a neighbor reported a neglected shed in the back-right corner overrun with weeds and shrubs growing under and through the shared 8-foot fence. The complainant says the shed has sat since about 2014 with only one known upkeep, and the overgrowth is encroaching on their garden — city inspectors have the case open to sort it out.
