2911 Spencer Ave: Code Violation opened for yard chairs

Property owner Teresa Virginia Carlson has an open property maintenance case after neighbors reported two chairs left in the corner of the yard at 2911 Spencer Ave for more than two weeks. Complainants say garbage pickup never removed them and, because the house faces a school, the chairs are being called an eyesore and a potential safety risk with children playing nearby.
