321 Ridgedale Rd 1 opened code violation case

The owners, Silverman William & Silverman Proper, have an open property maintenance case at 321 Ridgedale Rd, Unit 1 after a ceiling leak from the unit above was reported on 7/26/26 that knocked down ceiling tiles and left exposed mold and insulation. Tenants say management hasn’t sent anyone to repair the damage, and there’s also a submitted request for handicap parking (all documents turned in) while a request for a peephole was reportedly refused as only a “courtesy.” The caller adds the FHA is already investigating several issues at the property.
