4440 W Broadway Louisville KY 40211 opened code violation for elevator outage
Christ Temple Christian Life Center is listed as the owner of the apartment building at 4440 W Broadway, where neighbors reported the elevator is working on and off and is currently out of service. The open property-maintenance case notes some residents on upper floors are handicapped and unable to use the stairs — a real safety and emergency concern — and the city is estimating a 1–20 business-day response window.
