7527 Virginia Ave cited for code violation over pallets and debris

Owner Demala Dean has an open property maintenance case for 7527 Virginia Ave after a code-violation report described more than a dozen pallets and an old refrigerator, freezer and other debris piled by the side door at the end of the driveway. The complaint notes several large appliances are left there throughout the week, giving the lot a junkyard-like appearance.
