3326 Radiance Rd opened property maintenance code violation case

Scherer Group LLC has an open property maintenance case for 3326 Radiance Rd after a citizen reported the yard looks like a junk/scrap yard. The complaint says a tarp and makeshift fence on the east side are trying to conceal items, the backyard is overgrown with grass, weeds and brush, and the lot is cluttered with a trailer, an inoperable minivan and various metal junk near the alley’s chain-link fence.
