4311 Willowview Blvd cited for code violation for tall grass and weeds

Owner Tuku Christina has an open property maintenance case for high weeds and grass after a neighbor reported overgrowth behind the fence at 4311 Willowview Blvd. The complaint says the neighbor mowed earlier and applied Roundup this spring, but vegetation has since come back and the resident worries it could harbor snakes, bugs, and other animals.
