8111 MICHAEL RAY DR opened code violation case ENF-PMNT-26-018550
Owner Skiff Kalan Richard is the subject of an open property maintenance case after neighbors reported rats and multiple debris piles at 8111 Michael Ray Dr. Inspectors note the homeowner cut the grass after previous complaints, but letters asking for removal of waste weren’t fully followed — debris remains in the front and back yards and on the porch, and neighbors have observed rats coming from the property.
