Sycamore Ave & Clifton Ave code violation: tree over roadway must be trimmed

A large tree at the corner of Sycamore and Clifton Aves. is hanging so low into the roadway that cars can’t drive under it without the limbs scraping paint, and it’s been logged as an open property maintenance/code violation. The city is asking for the tree to be trimmed back to clear the travel lane and prevent vehicle damage.
