3531 Parthenia Ave reported for property maintenance code violation

WVH Properties LLC has an open property maintenance case after neighbors reported people coming and going through the front and back doors at 3531 Parthenia Ave. Callers also say the garage door is open, the grass and weeds are very high, and there's a large amount of trash in the alley, so the city has been asked to secure the house and arrange a cleanup.
