A property maintenance complaint against Valley Station 1 says the Autumn Lake trailer park has ignored a tenant’s repair requests at 3034 Springtime Ave for about seven years, leaving the tenant to make the fixes themselves. The tenant alleges management only communicates with their mother, claims discrimination and slander, and the case is open so the city may investigate.
