3532 Powell Ave code violation for tall grass and overgrown yard
Owner Richard Michelle Lynn has an open property maintenance code case for 3532 Powell Ave after a report that the side yard grass reached about five feet and the backyard vegetation is as tall as the fence. It’s an overgrowth complaint, so city crews or inspectors may be following up to get the lawn back under control.
