4900 Andalusia Ln opened for property maintenance code violation

Owner Whitney Roderick D Sr has an open property maintenance case after a neighbor reported trash, garbage and tall grass and weeds at 4900 Andalusia Ln. The complaint says nothing has been done and conditions are reportedly bad enough that rats have been spotted, so city enforcement appears to be pending to get the lot cleaned up.
