A constituent contacted Councilwoman Mulvey-Woolridge to report an inoperable vehicle propped up on blocks that’s been sitting at 8407 Jenny Lind Dr for more than a month. The complaint names owner Humphries Alvin F III and has been logged as an open property maintenance case so city staff can follow up and inspect.
