725 E Chestnut St 2: Code Violation Filed for Nonworking Building Lights
Cain Center for the Disabled Inc. has an open property-maintenance case at 725 E Chestnut St, Unit 2 after a neighbor reported the building’s exterior lights have been out for more than three weeks. The complaint says the area is “pitch black” and frequently attracts people experiencing homelessness, and the reporter is asking the owner to restore lighting because it’s a safety issue.
