SLJ Properties, owner of 1418 Lillian Ave, has an open property maintenance case after a report about multiple habitability issues at the home. The complaint says the 2023 floors are cracked and taped over (they want them replaced), outlets are loose and taped because of sparking, there's suspected black mold in a bedroom, paint is cracking in places, and inspectors were asked to check under the deck.
